I'm just as glad to not have to deal with it now, but I can still admire it. My son took this photo from his back deck looking out into the snow beyond.
I am resting a lot and really enjoying the food I'm able to eat. I'm not pushing a lot of food into my system but just what tastes good to me, which is just about any food that Donald cooks. I still have the pain from the air that was injected into my system, so if anyone wants to tell me I'm full of hot air they wouldn't be far off the mark:~)

So glad you are back with family and eating what tastes good to you. I suppose that there will be some foods you will not be able to tolerate now, but that list hopefully will be very short. Love the snow picture. I haven't seen snow in years.
ReplyDeletelove the snow picture! and glad to hear your voice sounding so gooooood ;)
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear from you and see that you're getting your feistiness back.
ReplyDeleteI certainly am glad to see you are well enough to be posting again. Get well and come out to play.
ReplyDeleteYou are definitely sounding better. Hope you get rid of that hot air soon. Sounds uncomfortable. Keep eating. With a chef like yours, it must be delicious.
ReplyDeleteYep, definitely feeling a little better with your sassiness coming back. Love it.
ReplyDeleteThat's funny, but at least if you're full of hot air, it won't be for long. Some people just ARE full of hot air, if you know what I mean.
ReplyDeleteGlad you seem to be feeling better. Keep it up. :)
Good for you sounds like you will be right as rain soon. Eat what you can and be done. Smart move on your part. Sure glad the food is tasting so good.
ReplyDeleteI always knew you were full of hot air! :)
ReplyDeletebeing full of hot air would be good here temps going into minus territory. glad to hear you are feeling better....Riggs sends you a great big lick
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are getting better, and that is a good thing.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are getting back to your sassy self - that is a good thing. Becki
ReplyDeleteYup.. I know exactly the pain and discomfort you are talking about! I have had three laproscopic surgeries and the air bubbles are actually up in your shoulders, chest and joint tissues. Soon they will absorb and dissapate, but in the meantime it's like you are sunburnt and swollen on the INSIDE and each move you make hurts...
ReplyDeleteHUGS to you for the next day or two... soon you will feel better!
