Things are So-So

I just wrote a long post and then read it over and deleted it.  It sounded like I was a "Debbie Downer" which I guess I am right now.  I feel better just writing it though.

I'm so happy we are getting some cooler weather, and even won't mind the rain that's expected the rest of the week.  Wouldn't you know it, I just got a chance to clean the floors, so wet paws coming in and out are going to make a mess again.

I hope tomorrow is a better day and I can write in a more positive manner.

  1. Do not feel bad if you sound like a "Debbie Downer" we can not always write uplifting posts when that is not what we are currently experiencing.

People with blogs, myself included find it therapeutic to write about what is going on in our lifes. Not because we want answers per say but because we want an outlet to express our emotions, concerns, doubts and maybe some readers can relate and offer some non-judmental advice.

Like Scarlett O'Hara used to say..."After all, tomorrow is another day!".

    1. Thank you so much for understanding. I'm just under a lot of pressure lately and it's hard to maintain an even disposition. I am not clinically depressed!

  2. It is the ups and the DOWNS that make for good blogs, Gypsy. Somebody who is always positive is fake. I would have appreciated knowing
about how you are feeling. I hope the pressure is a passing thing. The move, the puppy, etc. Yes, tomorrow will be a new day. Hopefully you will feel better. If not, lay it on us, Maybe we will be of help.

    1. I usually don't stay down long, but my energy levels have been very low recently and I am pushing myself, although it might not seem to others that I am accomplishing much.

  3. I lay it all out in my blog. My life, good or bad, is an open book. I also think you are expecting too much of yourself. Or others are. We aren't young anymore and everything is harder for us to do and we do it a lot slower. Muddy paws are just part of the joy of dog ownership.

  4. I wouldn't care about what people think you are accomplishing how do they know anyway. My biggest problem is getting my bed back together after I strip it down. It takes me all day to put all the sheets and blankets back. If someone comes over and says something I tell them go finish then. I have no class LOL
