At the gym again this morning, and only one deceng song - Bill Hailey and the Comets singing "Rock Around the Clock". The first concert I ever went to was to see Bill Hailey at Cincinnati Gardens. I've only been to two rock concerts, and the second was Jimmy Hendrix. Loud, loud, loud!
I've always preferred jazz and attended lots of jazz concerts in my younger years. My favorite groups were Dave Brubeck, and the Modern Jazz Quartet. Then jazz changed and the instruments were electrified, and it's never been the same. Now I like true Bluegrass, but only on acoustic instruments - no plug-ins please.
It's been so chilly today, and the temp dropped drastically with the sun. The moon sure is beautiful and seems huge as it is rising. It probably won't rise out of the 50's for the coming week.
I give thanks for all the faithful blog readers out there, and hope you all have a very good Thanksgiving.

ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving Gypsy. I often wondered what kind of music our great grands will listen to - it certainly can't be worse than what the grands are listening to.
