I came up with a number of things to do today when I got up, but they all stayed in bed and under the covers! For one thing I was surely going to the gym. Then I figured I could find things to do like go to the market this morning. I got dressed, said "I don't feel like doing a thing today", and that's exactly how my day went!
I hope you had a more productive day than I did. I'm still not feeling up to par though, and even took something for pain when I went to bed last night. I see the dentist on Monday and hope he says everything looks good, although I have the feeling there are more dental problems to be dealt with.
My ex-husband would have been 75 today had he lived.

Sometimes it is good to take a day off now and then. I try to do it almost every day (grin).
ReplyDeleteI've been taking several days off lately!
DeleteI did go to Safeway to pick up some meds. And added kitty litter to some old paint to dry it out.
ReplyDeleteHope you get to feeling better soon
Thanks, and I so want to start feeling good and energetic again. I got a paper in with the ads in my mailbox listing the locations where you can take paint back whether it's dried out of not. Most of them are paint stores, and of course I will look at their paints since I need to paint the bathroom.
DeleteSome days are just like that. We need to allow ourselves to have lazy days and not feel guilty about it. Hope everything goes well in your follow-up dental visit.
ReplyDeleteI'm having way too many of those days lately, but I try to enjoy them and not stress about it.
DeleteNow that's funny because I did the same thing. I got out for a 3 mile walk and then thought about other things I needed to do but didn't do any of them. I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling up to par. That's not my problem. I just have no willpower.
ReplyDeleteIf I walked 3 miles I wouldn't worry about any of the other stuff. The thing is, I'm not doing any of it! I hope I'll get back to my "normal" soon.
DeleteIt was in the high 90s here but I still got a SLOW mile in under the shade of the pecan trees.
ReplyDeleteY.ou did good - about a mile more than I did today. I just have to get motivated and get back to walking
