Bears!

They got me last night. In the 5 yrs I've lived here, setting the trash out every Thursday night, I've only been hit by the bears twice. I think it's because I don't have a lot of garbage to throw out and the fact that I have a trash can with a lid that you have to give a quarter turn to get it on or off. They must be getting smarter because they got it off. The trash collectors picked up most of it, which I really appreciate as they usually just leave it strewn all over. So I could be in a national park campground for all the bear activity!

It's cool and breezy this morning, and feels like fall. Perfect weather!
