I'm invaded by poison ivy this year - terrible growth. My weed killer isn't doing its job and I dare not tackle it by hand. I hate spending money for a dud, which can happen very often anymore. I would worry more if it just appeared out of the blue one day, but it occurred on my arm where I had injured it on that damn oleander bush! I sure hope this fixes it.Gypsyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18052445200220681513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-785311472371282139.post-55118358289491904842016-06-15T11:03:36.402-04:002016-06-15T11:03:36.402-04:00I rarely need a GPS but once you use one it's ...I rarely need a GPS but once you use one it's kind of nice to have it. During Mohs surgery, thin layers of cancer-containing skin are progressively removed and examined until only cancer-free tissue remains. That's what wikipedia had to say about it. I use the gps on my smart phone. It works really good except it will take you on some weird directions because it might be 25 feet short that way. All in all though it does me good.Jim and Sandiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16108729200561576870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-785311472371282139.post-44924895078013032952016-06-14T23:36:37.477-04:002016-06-14T23:36:37.477-04:00When I was young I would drive all over the place ...When I was young I would drive all over the place and we sure didn't have GPS back then. I had a TomTom that by time I figured it out someone stole it. I bought a new one and could never figure it out so it sits in my drawer. My new phone has GPS and is so easy to use. I googled the route, but sure wish I had a GPS with me. One problem is that by the time I see a street sign I'm almost past it. But it all turned out ok, and I was on time.

IAbout 7 hrs later, my arm feels itchy under the bandage and aches a bit. Even when I visit my son and he lends me a truck, I bring along my Garmin. Sorry you've had issues with yours. Mine is so old, but still works like a charm. If I ever replace it, it will be because I want it to do some of the more recent things they all have. You should contact the company and see if they will exchange your newer one for another.

Glad your doctor visit turned out so well. That's always nice! :)Barbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16516591720277269204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-785311472371282139.post-39911156070116669092016-06-14T19:08:21.294-04:002016-06-14T19:08:21.294-04:00The Dr. said nothing about MOHS, and I don't k...The Dr. said nothing about MOHS, and I don't know what it stands for. I have two Garmin GPS units, and neither one works. The last one I bought didn't last 3 months, and I just give up on them. I would never buy another Garmin, but since I don't plan to drive all that much or that far, I guess I can do without one. Never thought I'd get so lost in the area I was in.
